Redmi is going to launch the Redmi Note 14 Pro series in China tomorrow i.e. September 26. The base model and Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G will be included under this series. However, a day before the Chinese launch, the final model received clearance from India's Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Needless to say, this smartphone may enter India later. Note that earlier Redmi Note 14 Pro also received approval from this platform.
Please note that Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G is present on BIS site with model number 24115RABEI. Its Chinese and Global variant model numbers are 24115RA8EC and 24115RA8EG respectively. And the model number of the Indian variant of Redmi Note 14 Pro is – 24090RA29I.
What information has come out about Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G
The Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus 5G phone has a 6.67-inch 1.5K OLED display, which will support a 120Hz refresh rate. Corning Gorilla Glass 2 will be used for display protection. It will have Snapdragon 7S Gen 3 chipset for performance.
For power backup, the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus device will be powered by a 6,200mAh battery, which will support 90W fast charging. Talking about the camera, it will have a triple rear camera setup. These cameras could be a 50-megapixel Omnivision Light Fusion 800 primary rear camera sensor with OIS support and f/1.6 aperture, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 60mm focal length and 2.5x optical zoom. However, the resolution of its third sensor is not known.
