Redmi A3x: Good news for everyone, Redmi's new cheap smartphone is launched globally

The Redmi A3x smartphone has entered the global market after Pakistan. This entry-level phone offers some pretty impressive specifications considering its price. It will have a large display, Unisoc processor and powerful battery.

The Redmi A3x smartphone has finally made its official debut in the global market. A few days ago, this Redmi A series phone was initially launched in Pakistan. This affordable handset is a more basic version of the standard Redmi A3 phone, aimed at consumers looking for a cheap yet functional smartphone. The Redmi A3x phone has a large screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate, Unisoc Tiger T603 processor, an 8-megapixel primary camera and a 5,000 mAh battery.

Redmi A3x: Specifications

The Redmi A3X phone has a 6.71-inch screen, which offers a resolution of 1,650 x 720 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device runs on a Unisec Tiger T603 processor comprised of two ARM Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.6GHz. Redmi A3X phone will get 3GB/4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB/128GB eMMC 5.1 flash storage. Besides, the storage capacity of the device can be expanded up to 1 TB via a microSD card

For photography, the rear panel of the Redmi A3X features an 8-megapixel primary camera and a QVGA lens. And in front of the phone is a 5 megapixel front camera for selfies. For power backup, the phone uses a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 10W charging via USB Type-C port.

Redmi A3x other features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual SIM capability and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and Android 14 operating system. The company has promised that the device will receive two major Android updates and security updates by 2027

Redmi A3x: Price and Availability

Although the price of the Redmi A3x phone in the European Union (EU) region is not yet known, the 3GB RAM + 64GB storage model of the device was launched in Pakistan a few days ago at a price of Rs 18,999 (approximately Rs 5,700). It is not yet known when the Redmi A3x will hit the Indian market.
