Realme is all set to launch a new budget range smartphone in its No. 1 series in India in early April, called the Realme 12x 5G. However, the company confirmed the official price before the launch. Also, a new report has leaked the complete specifications of the device.
Realme 12x 5G Price and Specifications in India
The Chinese smartphone brand has officially confirmed that the Realme 12X 5G will be priced between Rs 12,000 in the Indian market. With this price, the upcoming Realme phone is claimed to be the slimmest device in its price tag, measuring just 7.69 mm. Realme 12X 5G will support 45W wired fast charging, a first in this segment. Let us inform you that the handset will be launched on April 2 at 12 noon.
On the other hand, well-known tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has shared the full specifications of Realme 12X 5G on social media. According to him, the phone will have a 6.72-inch LCD panel, which will offer FullHD+ resolution, 950 nits peak brightness and 120 Hz refresh rate. As for performance, the Realme 12x 5G will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of in-built storage. But for additional storage, a microSD card slot will also be present, through which the storage can be expanded up to 2 TB.
For photography, the Realme 12x 5G is rumored to feature a 50-megapixel dual camera setup on the rear panel and an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls on the front of the phone. The 12x 5G is expected to run on the latest Android 14 operating system. Besides, the phone will come with IP54 water and dust resistant rating and will weigh 188 grams.
