Realme 12 Pro and Realme Pro+ two great smartphones under the Realme 12 series have recently hit the market. The models offer eye-catching designs, high-quality curved displays and impressive cameras. But that’s not all, the company is reportedly preparing to add a new model to the series, which is called the Realme 12 Lite. The model number of the phone has also been revealed which is currently similar to the Realme C67.
Realme 12 Lite is coming soon
Although the existence of the Realme 12 Lite was initially unknown, it is now clear that the model will be similar to the Realme C67 in terms of specifications. The Lite variant aims to enter the market at a lower price by cutting some of the series’ premium features and reducing processing power. But despite these changes, Realme is expected to offer users an attractive package with 12 Lites in the budget range.
The Realme 12 Lite has been spotted in the IMEI database with the model number RMX3890, which strongly suggests that it will essentially be a rebranded version of the Realme C67, which GSMChina has already confirmed. As a result, both the smartphones are expected to have the same specifications. While the official launch date is yet to be announced, the Realme 12 Lite is expected to arrive soon following the success of the Realme 12 Pro series.
The Realme 12 Lite is rumored to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor and offer 33W fast charging. And these features are reminiscent of the Realme C67, which was launched in December last year. The Lite model is expected to have an impressive 108-megapixel camera setup. However, what this phone might look like is not yet known.
