Realme 12+ 5G: Realme brings an amazing camera phone in the middle class budget

Realme 12+ 5G is one of the most awaited smartphones from Realme right now. The device is set to enter the Malaysian market today. It will also arrive in India early next month. Various information about the phone has been leaked on the internet for the past few months. Just ahead of the launch now, Realme’s Indian arm has revealed the camera specifications of the Realme 12+ 5G. Not only that, the brand has also confirmed the name of the processor. Let’s take a look at what information has surfaced about the specifications of the upcoming Realme phone.

Camera and chipset of Realme 12+ 5G

Realme India has now confirmed that the Realme 12 Plus will be powered by the MediaTek Dimension 7050 chipset, as claimed by various reports. It will be the powerhouse of the device, ensuring smooth operation in all areas. Now let’s talk about the camera. The rear camera setup of this phone will have Sony LYT600 main camera, which will deliver amazing quality images. It will be joined by a portrait camera with 2x zoom and an ultrawide lens, which will offer a 112-degree field of view.

The camera setup will cater to users’ multiple photography needs, from detailed close-ups to expansive landscapes. Realme 12 Plus will get 12 GB of RAM and will run on the latest 14 operating system. With these, the phone will offer a seamless user experience.

The display is another area where the Realme 12 Plus 5G will grab the attention of buyers. It will have an AMOLED screen with a high refresh rate of 120 Hz, which will provide bright colors and smooth transitions while browsing the web or watching videos. The visual experience is further enhanced by Rainwater Smart Touch technology, which will enable users to use the phone even with wet hands or water on the screen. For power backup, the Realme 12 Plus 5G is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.

Incidentally, despite having a bunch of premium features, the Realme 12+ 5G is missing the headphone jack. This decision of the company may not be liked by all users. However, the phone will make up for the shortfall with USB-C connectivity and fast charging capabilities, so that users can stay connected without long waits.
