After a gap of two years, Realme's Number series has re-entered the Pakistani smartphone market with two new devices. These are Realme 12+ and Realme 12 4G. Of these, the Realme 12+ is similar to the global model with the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor and 5G capability, but the Realme 12 4G is the new addition. It has OLED display, 50 megapixel primary camera. Let's have a look at the specifications and price of the phone.
Realme 12 4G phone specifications
The Realme 12 4G phone features a 6.67-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels, offering a peak brightness of 2,000 nits. The display is protected by an unnamed toughened glass and includes an under-display fingerprint sensor.
Powering the Realme 12 4G handset is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 685 processor. It is a 6 nanometer processor, consisting of four high-performance cores clocked at a maximum clock speed of 2.8 GHz and four power-efficient cores clocked at 1.9 GHz. The phone offers 8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage.
For photography, the Realme 12 4G phone features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS) support and a 2-megapixel depth sensor on the back. And there is a 16-megapixel camera inside the punch-hole cutout on the front of the phone.
Apart from this, Realme is offering dual SIM card slots as well as a dedicated microSD slot for storage expansion, a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired audio and dual speakers for stereo sound. The Realme 12 4G phone has an IP54 dust and water resistance rating. For power backup, the handset has a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 67W fast charging. Realme claims that the phone can reach 50% charge in just 19 minutes and fully charge in 47 minutes. Realme 12 4G comes with a fast 80W charger.
Realme 12 4G Phone Price and Availability
The Realme 12 4G comes in two storage options – 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB. Its price starts from 60,000 Pakistani Rupees (about Rs. 18,000). It will be available for purchase through the Shopee, Lazada and TikTok platforms alongside the Realme 12+. It is not yet known when the device will hit the Indian market.
