
Poco C85 has already entered the global market and the device is rumored to be launched in India soon. Recently the handset has been included in a certification platform. The listing confirms the name of the smartphone. Also, some of its specifications have come forward. The Poco C85 5G handset is reported to feature a waterdrop-style notch for the selfie camera. It will use MediaTek Dimension 6100 Plus chipset.
Poco C85 5G has appeared on the Google Play Console site
According to their report by Tech Outlook, the Indian variant of the upcoming Poco C85 5G phone has a model number of 2508CPC2BI. Here the Indian variant is indicated by the letter ‘I’. The handset is reportedly codenamed “Tornado”.
According to the certification site, the Poco C85 5G device will be powered by MediaTek Dimension 6100 Plus chipset, with model number MT6835. It features an octa-core architecture that includes two Arm Cortex A76 cores and six Arm Cortex A55 cores. It will be accompanied by Arm Mali-G57 GPU and 4 GB RAM.
Other features and design of Poco C85 5G
The Indian variant of Poco C85 5G will run on Android 16 operating system. It will have a display of 720 x 1600 pixels resolution.
The design of the Poco C85 5G has also been leaked from the Google Play console. It appears to have a flat display with thin bezels on three sides. And the bottom bezel could be a bit thicker. A waterdrop-style notch can be seen on the front. The power and volume buttons will be placed on the right side.
