Poco C61: Poco will take it by storm, bringing the best phone in the market at affordable prices

Poco C61 got Bluetooth SIG and BIS certification

A Xiaomi phone has been listed on Bluetooth Special Interest Group’s platform with model number 2312BPC51H and confirmed to be Poco C61. Notably, this model number matches that of the Redmi A3 (23129RN51H), indicating that the Poco C61 could be a rebranded version of the same phone. Also, the listing reveals that the Poco C61 will support Bluetooth version 5.4 and run on Android 14 operating system.

The Poco C61 has also received Bureau of Indian Standards approval with the same model number, so it is clear that the device will be launched in India as well. However, not much is known from BIS. It is rumored that the Redmi A3 will come under the name Poco C61 after the logo change. So it is expected that the specifications of both the phones will be the same.

Redmi A3: Specifications and Features

Launched in February, the Redmi A3 features a large 6.7-inch LED screen with HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G26 chipset with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. In terms of software, Redmi A3 runs Android 13 based MIUI 14 custom skin.

For photography, the Redmi A3 houses a dual camera setup consisting of an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 0.08-megapixel secondary sensor. And the front of the phone has a 5 megapixel selfie camera Like most budget smartphones, this Redmi phone also has a 3.5mm headphone jack and dedicated microSD card slot. Also, it features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a USB Type-C port.
