Popular brand Oppo today (July 10th) launched its latest smartphone series Reno 10 in the Indian market. The newcomer has debuted a total of three premium models under this lineup, namely – Oppo Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro and Reno 10 Pro+ 5G. Each of the mentioned models comes with – curved display panel with 120Hz refresh rate, in-display fingerprint scanner, custom skin based on Android 13 and 256GB storage. However, the contrast is noticeable in the rest of the departments, including the processor, camera, etc. As the standard model of the series Reno 10 comes with MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset. On the other hand, the higher end, Reno 10 Pro and Reno 10 Pro+ 5G models have – Snapdragon 778G and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processors respectively. Oppo Reno 10 Smartphone Series Price and Availability in India
The Oppo Reno 10 5G model has been launched in the Indian market with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, the price of which is yet to be disclosed by the company. However, the price of the device will be announced on July 20 through e-commerce site Flipkart. It comes in – Silver Gray and Ice Blue color options.
The Oppo Reno 10 Pro 5G smartphone has been launched with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage options. Its price has been kept at 39,999 rupees. It is available in – Silver Gray and Glossy Purple color options.
The top-end model of the series Oppo Reno 10 Pro+ 5G smartphone has also been announced in a single variant with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. Its price is Rs 54,999. The phone is available in – Silver Gray and Glossy Purple color options.
Talking about the availability, both the Reno 10 Pro and Reno 10 Pro+ 5G models will be officially sold in open sale in the country from July 13. And as part of the launch offer, buyers will get up to 10% cashback on select bank cards with every model in the Alocha series.
Oppo Reno 10 series specifications and features
Coming with a curved back and frame, all three Oppo Reno 10 series phones come with a 6.74-inch curved OLED hole-punch style display panel with 120Hz refresh rate support. In this regard, Reno 10 and Reno 10 Pro models offer Full HD Plus and Reno 10 Pro+ 5G 1.5K resolution. The devices are powered by ColorOS 13.1 custom user interface based on Android 13. Again, up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of memory will be available as storage. The processor variants of the three mentioned devices are different. For example, the Reno 10 comes with a MediaTek Dimension 7050 processor. And the Reno 10 and Reno 10 Pro+ 5G phones are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipsets, respectively.
Talking about the camera department, even though the handset-trio comes with a triple rear camera setup, the resolution-wise difference between them is noticeable. As for the regular model of the series – there is a triple rear camera unit with 64-megapixel primary sensor + 32-megapixel telephoto lens + 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter. Again in the Reno 10 Pro model – 50 megapixel Sony IMX890 primary sensor with OIS + 32 megapixel telephoto sensor + 8 megapixel ultra-wide lens. And the higher-end Reno 10 Pro+ 5G phone will feature – 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary sensor with OIS support + 64-megapixel telephoto zoom lens with 3x zoom + 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. On the front of each device is a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 selfie camera.
Oppo Reno 10 series with a light and slim design features an in-display fingerprint scanner for security. Each model supports 14 5G bands. And in terms of power backup, the Oppo Reno 10 smartphone will have a 5,000 mAh capacity battery with 67 watt charging support. The Oppo Reno 10 Pro smartphone has a 4,600mAh capacity battery with 80W fast charging support. And the Oppo Reno 10 Pro+ smartphone comes with a 4,700mAh capacity battery with 100W fast charging support.
