Oppo launched the Oppo Find X9 series of smartphones as well as the Oppo Pad 5 tablet in China yesterday. The new Android tab comes in four color options and runs on the MediaTek Dimension 9400 Plus chipset. The tab will be available with a maximum of 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of built-in storage. Besides, Oppo Pad 5 model comes with LCD display, 10,420mAh battery and 67W charging support.
Oppo Pad 5 Tab Price and Availability
The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version of the Oppo Pad 5 model is priced at 2,599 Yuan (around Rs. 32,000) in China. Besides, the higher 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variants are priced at 2,799 Yuan (approx. Rs. 34,000), 3,099 Yuan (approx. Rs. 38,000) and 3,599 Yuan (approx. Rs. 44,000), respectively. The Oppo Pad 5 is available on the company’s website in China in Galaxy Silver, Space Grey, Galaxy Silver Soft Light Edition and Lucky Purple Soft Light Edition color shades.
Oppo Pad 5 Specifications
The Oppo Pad 5 tablet has a 12.1-inch (2,120×3,000 pixels) LCD panel, which offers a 144 Hz adaptive refresh rate, 304 ppi pixel density and 88.5 percent screen-to-body ratio. The screen is claimed to offer 900 nits peak brightness and a touch sampling rate of up to 540 Hz. For performance, the Oppo Pad 5 Tab uses an octa-core MediaTek Dimension 9400 Plus chipset.
For photography, the Oppo Pad 5 tablet has an 8-megapixel sensor on the back. And another 8 megapixel sensor is located in front of the device for selfies and video calling. For power backup, the Oppo Pad 5 Tab packs a massive 10,420mAh battery, which supports 67W fast charging.
Besides, the Oppo Pad 5 tablet’s connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC) and a USB Type-C port. Its in-built sensors include an ambient light sensor, accelerometer, color temperature sensor, gyroscope and hall sensor.
