Oppo LinkBoost: No more disconnection while calling, Oppo has solved the problem with the network

Network problems are not new in India. Already telecom companies and smartphone brands are working together to solve this problem. Oppo has recently claimed that it has introduced special technology to provide users with an enhanced mobile network experience. For now, Oppo Reno 11 series and F25 Pro 5G smartphones have added a technology called LinkBoost. This technology is able to deal with network signal problems. Besides, it will provide stable connectivity.

Although technologically advanced, India still faces several problems including call drop, weak reception while talking on the phone. According to Oppo, such issues occur due to weak network infrastructure and signal and abnormal growth of network cells. And to solve this problem, Oppo has come up with LinkBoost technology.

What is Oppo LinkBoost and how does it work?

According to the company, their Oppo F25 Pro 5G smartphone will offer 100 percent faster transmission power and 58.5 percent reception with LinkBoost technology, while the Oppo Reno 11 series will typically offer up to 73 percent and 100 percent faster transmission power with LinkBoost technology.

Link Boost has a 360 degree surround antenna design. And it improves signal transmission power and reception capacity by optimizing cellular frequency bands.

Also, this technology improves antenna radiation efficiency and optimizes signal strength by intelligent antenna tuning method. So despite using the same chipset, comparatively, devices with LinkBoost technology will offer better mobile network experience.

According to Oppo, WhatsApp video calls look up to 80 percent better on devices equipped with LinkBoost technology compared to normal devices.
