OnePlus is preparing to launch many smartphones in the new year. One of these devices will be the OnePlus Ace 5V. It will be launched as the successor to the OnePlus Ace 3V which was launched in March last year. While the brand is yet to say anything about the device, information about it has started surfacing from various reports. A popular tipster today shared the specifications of the OnePlus Ace 5V. Note that last month OnePlus launched OnePlus Ace 5 Pro and OnePlus Ace 5 with Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset in China. Again the brand is going to unveil the OnePlus 13 series in India on January 7.

Tipster Digital Chat Station on Chinese social media site Weibo claims that the OnePlus S 5V model will be powered by the MediaTek Dimension 9350 chipset. According to the tipster, this MediaTek chipset might be called “Dimension 9300++”. It will be an upgraded version of the current MediaTek Dimension 9300 chipset.
According to the tipster, MediaTek's Dimension 9350 or Dimension 9300++ chipset will likely directly compete with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8S Elite chipset.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus S 5V model will get a 1.5K flat display with narrow bezels. It will have a battery capacity of 7000mAh or more. Note that the OnePlus S 3V device came with a 5500mAh battery. It also has Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset and AMOLED display with Full HD Plus resolution.
Again the phone runs on Android 14 based ColorOS 14 custom skin. Its 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant was priced at 1,999 Yuan (roughly Rs. 23,000). It has a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor. It will get a 16-megapixel selfie camera for selfies and video calling. It comes with 100W Supersonic charging support and in-display fingerprint scanner.
