OnePlus 15 smartphone was launched in China on Monday. The handset will be the successor to last year’s OnePlus 13. The new device will get Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, 7300 mAh battery. It also has 120W Super Flash Charge wired charging and 50W wireless flash charging support. It will be sold in three color options. Additionally, the OnePlus 15 model comes with a triple rear camera setup and an AMOLED display.
OnePlus 15 Price and Availability
OnePlus 15’s 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant starts at 3,999 Yuan (roughly Rs. 50,000). Meanwhile, 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage and 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage variants have been priced at 4,299 Yuan (about Rs. 53,000), 4,599 Yuan (about Rs. 57,000) and 4,899 Yuan (about Rs. 61,000) respectively.
The 16GB RAM + 1TB storage variant of the OnePlus 15 will cost 5,399 Yuan (around Rs. 67,000). It will be available in Absolute Black, Misty Purple and Sand Dune (translated from Chinese) color options. The phone will be available for purchase from the company’s online store in China on October 28.
OnePlus 15 specifications and features
The OnePlus 15 model in China will run ColorOS 16 custom skin based on Android 16. In front of it can be seen a 6.78-inch third-generation BOE AMOLED display, with a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz and a resolution of 1.5K (1272×2772 pixels), a maximum brightness of 1,800 nits, a maximum touch sampling rate of 330 Hz.
For performance, it uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with Adreno 840 GPU. The device comes with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage.
For photography, the OnePlus 15 phone sports a triple-rear camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel primary with f/1.8 aperture, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera. A 32-megapixel front camera will be available for selfies and video calling.
It has in-display ultrasonic fingerprint for security. For power backup, this smartphone is powered by a 7,300mAh battery, which supports 120W Super Flash Charging and 50W Wireless Flash Charge.
