Motorola recently launched its new mid-range smartphone, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro in the Indian market. Again the company has announced the launch of the more premium Edge 50 Ultra on April 16. Motorola Edge 50 Ultra Specifications (Probable)
Tipster Digital Chat Station claims that the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will feature a high-resolution (probably 1440 pixels) OLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate. It will likely have a curved screen, on top of which will be a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. In terms of design, the phone will feature a glass back panel and metallong mid frame.
The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will feature a triple rear camera system, housing a 50-megapixel primary camera with a larger 1/1.3-inch sensor. It will be accompanied by a 75mm periscope telephoto lens, which will offer 3.2x optical zoom for detailed shots of distant objects. The specifications of the third sensor have not yet been revealed, but it could be an ultrawide lens for capturing wide landscapes.
In terms of performance, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, Qualcomm’s new sub-flagship mobile processor. The phone was recently spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. It scored 1,947 points in the single-core and 5,149 points in the multi-core round of benchmark tests. As per the listing, the handset will come with up to 12GB of RAM.
In terms of charging, Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will get 125W wired charging support and 50W wireless charging support. But despite the super fast charging support, Motorola is expected to use a relatively small 4,500 mAh battery.
