Motorola is going to bring a new smartphone soon under their Edge 50 series It is expected to be a premium grade model called Edge 50 Ultra. Although, nothing has been officially announced about the phone yet, but before that it has now appeared on the GeekBench benchmarking platform and revealed some important specifications.

Motorola’s upcoming Edge 50 Ultra phone with high-end hardware has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. The information revealed in the listing indicates that the phone is likely to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 chipset, which will be paired with 12GB of RAM. It will also get Adreno 735 GPU for graphics. In terms of benchmark results, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra managed to score 1,947 points in Geekbench’s single-core test and 5,149 points in the multi-core test.
Also, the benchmarking platform revealed that the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will run on Android 14 operating system. Earlier this month, the Edge 50 Ultra’s design was teased in a video, which showed a curved edge display. Based on the information that has surfaced so far, it can be said that the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will be a rebranded version of the Moto X50 Ultra that will be launched in China. It has already been officially confirmed that the X50 Ultra will come with the Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 chipset.
The Moto X50 Ultra is rumored to sport a tall 6.7-inch P-OLED (POLED) display, which will offer 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Three cameras of 50 megapixels can be seen on the back of the phone. Besides, it may have a 4,500mAh battery, which will support 125W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
