Motorola Edge 70 Ultra is coming to the market with Snapdragon processor and 16 GB RAM

Motorola Edge 70 Ultra is going to hit the market soon. Although the launch date of the phone is not yet revealed. However, tipster Evan Blass has leaked several details about this phone. According to the tipster, the phone is codenamed ‘Urus’. And Motorola Edge 70 Ultra device will use Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. And the model number of the handset will be XT2603-1. A few days ago a smartphone with this model number was spotted on the benchmark platform with the same chipset.

Next year’s first non-folding Ultra phone

Motorola has not yet launched the Edge 60 Ultra model this year. So it goes without saying that the Edge 70 Ultra is going to be Motorola’s first non-folding Ultra phone in recent years. The phone is expected to sit above the regular version of the Edge 70 and below the Razr Ultra 2026. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, which is built on a 3nm process.

Adept at handling daily tasks, multitasking and heavy workloads

Qualcomm says that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 is far ahead of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 for everyday tasks, multitasking and heavy workloads. It has updated Adreno GPU for better gaming experience. Its Hexagon NPU will allow the device to make better use of AI features.

Other Features of Motorola Edge 70 Ultra

The Edge 70 Ultra’s camera is expected to be excellent. It will include triple 20-bit pipeline, large photo capture, 4K high frame rate recording, 8K playback and HDR features. Along with this, 16 GB RAM and Android 16 operating system will be available. The phone will have an OLED display, which will offer 1.5K resolution. The rear camera setup of the device will also feature a periscope telephoto lens.
