Meizu made a splash by launching a flagship phone at a low price, with a powerful processor and a huge battery

The Meizu 21 Note smartphone has finally hit the market after much speculation. Dispelling rumors of an exit from the smartphone market, Meizu has officially launched its much-awaited flagship phone. The Meizu 21 Note features an LTPO OLED panel, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel S5KGN5 primary sensor, and a 5,000 mAh battery. Let's know all the specifications, features and price of the new Meizu 21 Note phone in detail.

Meizu 21 Note: Specifications

The Meizu 21 Note is a powerful flagship device. While its camera capabilities aren't great, overall it has high-end specifications. The phone runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and comes in two different variants – 16GB RAM + 256GB storage and 16GB RAM + 512GB storage. It has LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The Meizu 21 Note model isn't exactly the best device in the Meizu 21 series, but it's worth noting that Meizu offers 16GB of RAM in both configurations. The phone comes in black and white, with the white variant also featuring white bezels.

The front of the Meizu 21 Note phone is a 6.78-inch 1.5K resolution LTPO OLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. The display dynamically adjusts its refresh rate between 1 Hz and 144 Hz. This display can reach a maximum local brightness of 5,000 nits and up to 1,600 nits in HBM mode. Also, the phone's screen supports 2,160 Hz PWM (PWM) dimming.

For photography, the Meizu 21 Note comes with a dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel S5KGN5 camera with f/1.7 aperture and a 13-megapixel S5K3L6 ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, the Meizu 21 Note phone has a 16-megapixel selfie camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). The phone is capable of recording videos up to 8K resolution and features dual speakers. Meizu 21 Note offers a large 5,500mAh battery despite being only 8.2mm thick and has a maximum charging speed of 66W.

Meizu 21 Note: Price and Availability

The Meizu 21 Note features a minimalistic design, a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and a state-of-the-art OLED panel – all at a surprisingly affordable price in China. What's more interesting is that all variants of the phone have 16 GB of RAM. The base 16GB RAM + 256GB storage model is priced at 2,599 Yuan (approx. Rs. 30,000) and the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant is priced at 2,799 Yuan (approx. Rs. 32,340). However, it seems unlikely that the Meizu 21 Note will arrive in India.
