According to reliable tipster Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra phone will be thinner and lighter than both the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL and the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro Max. Incidentally, the measurements of iPhone 16 Pro Max will be known after the official launch on September 9. But the newly unveiled Google Pixel 9 Pro XL is available for comparison. This phone is 8.5 mm slim and weighs 221 grams.
