According to tipster Yogesh Brar’s latest Twitter post, the upcoming Nothing Phone (2) will feature a 6.7-inch Full HD Plus OLED display. The design of this display will be punch-hole style and can support 120 Hertz refresh rate. Nothing has already confirmed that the device will come with Qualcomm’s flagship processor Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 to deliver enhanced performance. It is also known that this phone will run Android 13 based Nothing OS 2.0 custom skin. In this regard, the company has confirmed that they will offer three years of Android OS updates and four years of security patch updates with this latest handset.
Besides, Yogesh Brar also mentioned in his tweet that the Nothing Phone (2) model will have a dual-camera setup with LED flash on the back panel. These cameras – could be a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary sensor with OIS support and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The tipster also claims that the handset will have a 32-megapixel front shooter for selfies and video calling.
In order to keep users’ data safe, the device in question will have an optical fingerprint sensor. It is also known to get an IP rating to protect against water and dust. In terms of power backup, the Nothing Phone (2) will have a 4,700mAh capacity battery, which will likely support 33W fast and 15W wireless charging. Also according to some previous reports it could be available with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB / 512GB of storage.
Talking about the possible price, tipster Yogesh Brar claims that the starting price of this second handset from the Nothing brand could be kept between Rs 42,000 and Rs 43,000 in the Indian market.
