The Vivo X200 series will offer advanced technology including a custom-designed sensor and imaging chip, a high-capacity battery system and a top-tier chipset backed by Blue Crystal technology. These details hint at possible specifications for the Vivo X200 series, including a 6.3-inch flat OLED (OLED) panel, a 22-nanometer 50-megapixel primary camera, the Vivo V3+ imaging chip, a 5,600 mAh battery, and a MediaTek Dimension 9400 processor.

The Vivo X200 series will likely run on the latest Origin OS 5 custom skin based on Android 15, which will power the Vivo X200 series.
