Infinix is ​​bringing the country’s first AI Active Halo Lighting phone to beat the big brands

For the past few months, there have been speculations about Infinix’s upcoming Note 40 series of smartphones. Infinix will unveil the series at a launch event held in Kuala Lumpur on March 18. Infinix Note 40, Note 40 Pro, Note 40 Pro 5G and Note 40 Pro Plus 5G – These models are said to be included. Ahead of the launch now, the brand has teased an interesting feature called Active Halo, which will be available on the Note 40 series of smartphones. The feature integrates voice commands with artificial intelligence (AI)-powered light effects, which will provide an engaging way for users to interact with their smartphones.

Infinix Note 40 series will get Active Halo

The Active Hello feature can be activated on the Infinix Note 40 lineup of phones for incoming calls, notifications, music playback, charging, gaming, and even when using the “Hi Folax” voice assistant. So in addition to the notification and charging indicator lights, it will make other device interactions more fun and engaging. It has three customizable light effects – Lively, Rhythmic and AI, which can be set for each individual interaction according to users’ wishes.

Also, the Infinix Note 40 series handsets will reportedly feature an in-house chip called the Cheetah X1 which will aid in power management for the FastCharge 2.0 technology in the series. With this technology, the upcoming Infinix Note 40 lineup is expected to come with three-digit fast charging support.

Although, nothing is known about the specifications of the Infinix Note 40 lineup yet, the standard Note 40 is rumored to be powered by a MediaTek Helio G91 processor and a 5,000 mAh battery. On the other hand, Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G may come with MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset, 8GB RAM and Android 14 operating system.
