If you want to buy the iPhone 15 Pro series, there will be a touch of innovation in everything including news, camera, design

Apple is going to launch their latest iPhone 15 series in September this year as well. In this case, some tipsters claim that the launch event may be held on September 12. However, the tech giant has not confirmed anything about this yet. However, as the time of launch is approaching, the number of leaks surrounding the 15th generation iPhone lineup continues to increase. As Mark Gurman, an analyst at research firm Bloomberg, claims that the upcoming Apple iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max models will come with much narrower bezels than their predecessors. The models in question will also use a new display technology called ‘Low-Injection Pressure Over-Moulding’ or ‘LIPO’ for short. Apart from this, Mark also said that Apple may offer multiple upgrades in the iPhone 15 series – camera system, charging port, etc.

Apple iPhone 15 series ‘Pro’ models will offer multiple feature upgrades

Apple is likely to debut a total of four models under the iPhone 15 series, namely – the regular Apple iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Of which the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus models are said to come with the dynamic island notch design, which was launched with the iPhone 14 Pro phone launched last year. On the other hand, the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max will be key features, offering much slimmer bezels than their predecessors. The device will use ‘low-injection pressure over-molding’ (LIPO) display technology, which will apparently shrink the border size around the display to 1.5mm. For the sake of comparison, the bezel size around the display of the iPhone 14 Pro model is about 2.2 mm.

Incidentally, LIPO technology was first seen in the Apple Watch Series 7. Mark Gurman believes that this technology could soon be introduced to the iPhone series as well as the iPad lineup.

Meanwhile, according to the latest report by Mark Gurman, the edges of the Apple iPhone 15 series of devices will be replaced by titanium instead of stainless-steel. If this information is true, then the devices will be more durable, lighter in weight and offer a premium look. The ‘Pro’ models in the series will offer the same rear frosted glass as the predecessor, but the connecting edges will be less sharp than before.

It is also known that Apple is planning to bring a new action button with both iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models. Various actions can be customized with the help of this trigger button, such as – turning on the camera, turning on the flashlight, opening accessibility or translating text boxes, etc. But the most significant information contained in Mark’s report is that Tim Cook’s company has decided to replace the Lightning port with a USB Type-C port on all four iPhones that will debut this year.

According to earlier reports, the Apple iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus may come with a new 48-megapixel primary camera. Again, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models will get a larger 48-megapixel sensor, which will support more light capture. The iPhone 15 Pro Max will have a triple rear camera setup, with a new 12-megapixel periscope lens supporting up to 6x optical zoom, according to some reports. And the iPhone 15 Pro will likely have a 12-megapixel lens with 3x optical zoom.

So from the above information, I hope you understand that the upcoming Apple iPhone 15 lineup is offering an upgrade over the previous series. And if the feature list improves, it will naturally affect the price. Hence, it is expected that the series to debut this year will be the most expensive. In this case, the top-end iPhone 15 Pro Max may launch with a starting price of $1,299 (roughly Rs. 1,06,500). The iPhone 15 Pro may come at a price of $1,099 (roughly Rs. 90,100 in India). And the prices of the regular iPhone 15 and the higher-end iPhone 15 Plus can start from $799 (approx. Rs. 65,500) and $899 (approx. Rs. 73,700), respectively.
