Honor is gearing up to launch a new affordable entry-level smartphone called the Honor X6a in Europe. It is reported that it will enter the market very soon. Ahead of the launch, the phone’s specifications, design, and price have been revealed by sources. According to reports, the Honor X6a will feature an LCD display, Snapdragon 480 Plus chipset, 13-megapixel primary camera and a large 5,200 mAh battery. Let’s take a closer look at the design and potential features of this upcoming Honor phone.
Honor X6a: Design
Apualol claims that the Honor X6A will look a lot like the Honor Play 40 that was launched in China earlier this month. It will feature a punch-hole display on the front and a dual-camera system on the rear panel. For security, the X6A will include a side-facing fingerprint scanner. The device is expected to come in Green and Black color options.
Honor X6a: Specifications and Price (Probable)
The Honor X6A will feature a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display, offering HD+ resolution of 720 x 1,612 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Plus chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone is expected to run Android 13 based Magic UI custom skin.
For photography, the rear panel of the Honor X6a will feature a dual camera setup consisting of a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an LED flash. And a 5 megapixel front camera will be located in front of the phone. For power backup, the Honor X6a will come with a large 5,200mAh battery, which will support standard 10W charging. The report also mentions that the device will come only in 6GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration and will be priced at 169 Euros (roughly Rs. 15,330) in Europe.
Incidentally, Honor’s next launch event in China will be held tomorrow i.e. July 12. At this event, the brand will launch multiple products such as Honor Magic V2 foldable phone, Honor MagicPad 13 tablet, Honor Watch 4 smartwatch and Honor Smart Screen 5 TV.
