HMD Global has come up with a modular design smartphone. Nokia's home company has launched a customizable phone called HMD Fusion. It has a six pin connector on the back. It can be used for different types of covers. The company has named it Smart Outfit. Features such as ring light, wireless charging, casual outfit rugged protection will be found on the back of the phone. Each of them has different uses and features. HMD Fusion Specifications and Features

The HMD Fusion smartphone features a 6.56-inch display, which offers HD+ resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate, and 600 nits peak brightness. It uses Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. Adds Adreno GPU for graphics. This phone is available in 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage options. HMD Fusion runs on Android 14 operating system.

HMD Fusion will offer Android OS upgrade for two years. For photography, the phone houses a 108-megapixel rear camera with Smart EIS and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. A 50-megapixel camera will be available for selfies and video calls The 5,000mAh battery supports 33W fast charging. Besides, other features of the device include side facing fingerprint scanner, Qualcomm Aptx adaptive audio, and IP64 rating.

Price and Availability

The HMD Fusion will go on sale in the UK soon and is priced at 249 Euros (around Rs 24,000 in Indian currency). Smart outfits will be available for purchase from next year. The phone is expected to be launched in India as well.
