South Korea-based tech giant Samsung announced the Galaxy S24 series last January. The top-end model of this latest lineup is the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It comes with several advances and upgraded features compared to its predecessor. However, the company released several software updates within just two months of the launch to provide a better user experience to the owners of this device. Although none of the latest updates could solve a problem related to the camera department of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra flagship phone! In fact, using the handset’s rear camera to capture dark photos turns out to be blurry.
Samsung is already aware of the problem. Meanwhile, Galaxy S24 Ultra users have been assured that the issue is being resolved and a new update will be rolled out soon.
Meanwhile, not every Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra owner is facing this problem appearing in the camera department. Because this problem only occurs when trying to capture dark images by changing few settings. To put it more simply, if a user tries to take a photo with the auto exposure locked between 1.6-1.9x and 4.6-9.9x zoom, the camera app of this flagship phone will only shoot the image. So those who take photos by changing the zoom capacity settings are the ones who suffer.
Incidentally, the sales of the new Samsung Galaxy S24 series are said to be 8% higher overall than its predecessor. Sales of the series rose 28% in the European market and 14% in the US. In this case, the overall sales growth of the series is for the Galaxy S24 Ultra model.
