Several handsets have already been launched in the new year. Also in the coming weeks several notable smartphones are going to make their debut in the global market including India. Among which Xiaomi is going to organize the most eye-catching event. The tech brand will launch its latest premium smartphone series Xiaomi 14 over the weekend. Besides, Realme, Tecno and Oppo companies are preparing to bring three budget and mid-range smartphones. But most surprisingly, Meizu is set to launch a high-end handset in the last week of February despite recently announcing its exit from the mobile industry. Below are the launch dates and possible features of each upcoming smartphone.

1. Xiaomi 14 Series:
Tomorrow i.e. February 25th, Xiaomi 14 series will be announced in the global market. A total of two models will come under this series namely – Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
Probable Features – The standard model of the series i.e. Xiaomi 14 will sport a 6.36-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, it will have – the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a like-tuned 50-megapixel triple rear camera unit (with 3.2x floating telephoto lens), and a 4,610 mAh capacity battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The higher-end Xiaomi 14 Ultra model, on the other hand, will feature – a 6.73-inch Quad HD Plus LTPO OLED display panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 50-megapixel quad rear camera system co-engineered by Leica (with periscope lens with variable aperture and 5x zoom) and a 90W 5,300mAh capacity battery with wired/80W wireless charging support. It will have the same processor as the standard variant.
2. Realme 12 Plus:
Realme 12 Plus smartphone is going to debut in China on February 27th i.e. Tuesday. The device is said to be unveiled alongside the Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro Plus models. The handset will also enter the Malaysian market on the same day. Although the device is slated to release in India next month.
Probable Features – The Realme 12 Plus smartphone will feature a 6.67-inch Full HD Plus display, which will support 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by MediaTek Dimension 7050 processor. In addition, this phone will be provided with a 5000 mAh capacity battery supported by 50 megapixel Sony LYT-600 primary rear camera and 67 W wired charging technology.
3. Tecno Spark 20C:
Tecno Spark 20C is going to launch in India on February 27th at 12 noon.
Probable Features – This upcoming handset from the Tecno brand will have a display panel with 90 Hz refresh rate and HD Plus resolution support. The device will offer a 5,000 mAh capacity battery with 19W charging support and a 50-megapixel primary rear camera, side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It is also known that it will be available in White, Black and Green color variants.
4. Oppo F25 Pro 5G:
The launch date for Oppo F25 Pro 5G smartphone in India has been announced recently. It is known that the device will be released in this country on February 29 (Thursday) at 12 noon.
Probable Features – The Oppo F25 Pro 5G smartphone will sport a 6.7-inch OLED display, which will support a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography and videography, it will have a 64-megapixel primary camera and a 32-megapixel selfie camera. This handset – MediaTek Dimension 7050 processor and will come with a 5,000mAh capacity battery with 67W fast charging support. It is also said to receive an IP65 rating.
A recent leak has also revealed its possible selling price. It is reported that the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configurations of Oppo F25 Pro 5G will be priced at Tk 22,999 and Tk 24,999 respectively.
5. Meizu 21 Pro:
Meizu recently announced its exit from the smartphone business. But surprisingly the company has revealed the launch of their latest smartphone, the Meizu 21 Pro in Halfil. In this case, it is not clear whether the company is reconsidering their decision or this is their last phone. However, the Meizu 21 Pro smartphone will be launched in China on February 29 during a conference.
Possible Features – According to some recent leaks, the price of the Meizu 21 Pro smartphone will start at 5,299 Yuan (roughly Rs. 60,500) in the Chinese market. It will be provided with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, 2K resolution OLED display panel, in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a powerful battery with 80W wired charging support.
