A buyer named Rajat has bought two iPhone 16 models (20GB) at the BIG billion Days cell. One of these is Black and the other is a White Color option. The handset is ordered from two flipkart minutes (20 minutes delivery). However, the e-commerce site delayed delivery. Delivery agent repeatedly changed the position and finally made the phone delivered at 12.30pm, said Rajat.
Delivery agent at the center of suspicion
Rajat writes in his post that the name of the agent did not match the name in the app, and he hurriedly showed the phone, “Everything is fine, see, this is a 20GB storage variant’s iPhone.” Due to many nights, Rajat only shared the OTP by looking at the color and the serial number.
However, while setting up the phone, Rajat discovered that he had received 120 GB models. Moreover, the IMEI number of Invoice does not match the IMEI number in the box. Immediately Rajat contacted Flipkart Support and made details along with the picture.
The Flipkart has given refund
Then in the morning, the support team agreed to refund the money after the whole incident was detailed in the chat support. However, if Rajat did not test the device well, he would have to be satisfied with low storage and fake phones.
