Tipster Digital Chat Station claims in a new Weibo (Chinese microblogging website) post that the new OnePlus 12 will use a 50-megapixel Sony IMX9xx 1/1.4-inch sensor as the primary camera on the back, with optical image stabilization (OIS). will support This will again be paired with a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B periscope zoom camera (a first in the company’s history on a flagship) with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and 3x optical zoom. Like recent OnePlus flagships, the camera system of the OnePlus 12 will also be optimized by Hasselblad.

Also, various reports suggest that the OnePlus 12 model will come with a 6.7-inch curved-edge AMOLED (AMOLED) LTPO display, which will offer 2K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. For selfies, a 32-megapixel front-facing camera is also said to reside within the punch-hole cutout above the phone’s display.

For enhanced performance, the OnePlus 12 will use Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. This new chipset is expected to debut at Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Summit 2023 event next October. This OnePlus phone will offer up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Besides, OnePlus 12 is expected to come with Android 14 OS, which will be customized with Oxygen OS 14 (OxygenOS 14). For power backup, the phone is said to be powered by a powerful 5,400mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging support. OnePlus 12 may debut in the global market in January next year.
