Oppo was launching A5 Pro smartphone with Dimensity 7300 chipset last December. It was at the center of the discussion for a long time because of the powerful body structure. The company has now announced two more models under their A series to market. Oppo A5 and A5 Vitality Edition will be launched in China on March 7. According to the official teaser, the phones will offer the IP66/68/69 water resistance rating and the price will be around Rs.
Oppo A5: variant, color and specification
The Oppo A5 smartphone will have a 5.5 -inch FullHD Plus Oled display. It has the potential to use Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. For photography, there will be a dual camera setup on the back, including 5 megapixel primary camera and a 2 megapixel secondary lens. On the other hand, the front camera is 5 megapixels. For power backup, there will be 5 mAh battery that will support 5 watt fast charging.
The phone will be 1.5mm slim and weighs 5 grams. According to the official listing, OPPO A5 will appear in multiple memory variants – 1GB RAM + 120 GB storage, 1GB RAM + 25GB storage, 12GB RAM + 25GB storage, and 12GB RAM + 12 GB storage. It can be found in the Chinese market in black, blue and pink options. It is expected that India will be launched too.
