Vivo X100s main specifications are here

Tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) has shared the full specification list of the Vivo X100S phone in its latest Weibo post. Although the phone is yet to be unveiled, almost everything about the upcoming smartphone has been revealed. According to the tipster, the Vivo X100S phone will come with the MediaTek Dimension 9300 Plus chipset. Earlier reports indicated that the device will feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED (OLED) screen with a resolution of 2,800×1,260 pixels, which will be manufactured by Visionox.

The Vivo X100S is said to be offered in two RAM options – 12GB and 16GB. However, the phone will be available in three storage configurations, namely 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. The phone will feature a triple rear camera setup comprising of 50-megapixel + 50-megapixel + 64-megapixel sensors. And a 32 megapixel selfie camera can be seen in front of the phone. The Vivo X100S phone's ultra-wide-angle camera will offer a 15mm focal length and the 64-megapixel telephoto camera is rumored to come with 3X zoom capability. DCS did not provide clear information about the aperture of the cameras, as the post does not specify which camera aperture is being referred to by f/1.57 – f/2.57. But it is assumed that the aperture of the main camera could be f/1.57 and the aperture of the periscope camera could be f/2.57.

Also, Vivo revealed in their promotional teaser that the Vivo X100s phone will be 7.8mm thin. One of the reasons behind this slim profile is the choice of a flat screen instead of a curved screen. The handset will have a 5,100mAh battery for power backup and 100W wired charging Also, the Vivo X100s will support the company's own Vivo V2 image chip and will have Zeiss T* coating on the camera lens.
