OnePlus Nord CE 2 was launched last February. The company has rolled out a new update for this phone, the version number of which is OxygenOS 13 F.53. Note that the device came with custom skin based on Android 11 at the time of launch. Then it also got Android 13 update.

This new update fixes various issues of OnePlus Nord CE 2 phones. Also its system will be more powerful. Because the March 2024 security patch is added with this update.
According to the company, two major issues of OnePlus Nord CE 2 devices have been fixed with the new update. One of these is to remotely send code to the phone through various malware-ridden apps, through which the device can be controlled by hackers.
Besides, through this update the background streaming feature has been removed from the smart sidebar of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 phone. This was an important feature of OxygenOS, which allowed videos to play even when an app was minimized. But OnePlus is removing the feature as it violates YouTube’s rules.
