A patent dispute with Finnish company Nokia has had a significant impact on the advertising campaign of Chinese brand Oppo in Europe. Due to various restrictions, Oppo has decided to withdraw its business from countries like Germany and France. Similarly, Vivo is also planning to exit markets like Germany and Poland amid the same patent dispute with Nokia. However, Oppo quashed speculations of an exit from the Polish market where Oppo has revealed the launch timeline for various phones, including the Reno 10 series.
Oppo Reno 10 series will be launched in Poland next month
Oppo has shared a timeline of product launches in Poland this year, including the Reno 10 series in July, followed by IoT devices like the Oppo Enco Air 3 Pro headphones. Let us know, Oppo is expected to launch the Reno 10 series in several countries outside of China next week. And these new smartphones from the Reno series are expected to debut in India in the third week of June.
Incidentally, the Reno 10, 10 Pro, and 10 Pro+ models available in China are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G, MediaTek Dimensity 8100, and Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipsets, respectively. However, it is speculated that the global model of all three phones will have different display, rear design, camera and chipset from the Chinese version.
Note that the Dimensity 7050 will be used in the Oppo Reno 10 and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor will be used in the Reno 10 Pro. However, it remains to be seen whether the global model of the Reno 10 Pro+ will come with the same Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor as the Chinese variant.
