Xiaomi Civi 4 may be launched in the second quarter of 2024
A tipster on Chinese microblogging website, Weibo, claims that the Xiaomi CV4 phone will be launched by May. If this is true, then the handset will launch at the same time as its predecessor. Also, he said that the smartphone will rival Honor’s number series after the launch. The device will offer upgrades in the performance and camera segments.
Finally, he said that Xiaomi will release co-branded gift boxes with the new CV-series phones this year as well. As with the previous CV models, multiple limited editions of the Xiaomi CV4 are likely to hit the market after the launch. Besides, the tipster has not revealed any other information about the device. However, an earlier report suggested that the Xiaomi CV4 phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimension 8300-Ultra chipset. But keep in mind, the chipset name was leaked in late November and no update has surfaced so far.
Meanwhile, another well-known tipster, Digital Chat Station, leaked some specifications of the Xiaomi Civi 4 late last month. According to him, the handset will come with a slightly curved display with 1.5K resolution, metal frame and triple rear camera system. If the smartphone is indeed launched in May, then more details will be known in the next few weeks.
