Realme 12x 5G debuted in India on April 2. And today i.e. 10th April from 12 noon it has become available for sale in the country for the first time through the company’s website and e-commerce platform Flipkart. The Realme 12x 5G is a low-budget range phone, with prices starting at Rs 11,999. If you can take advantage of the sale offers, it will be possible to pocket the handset for less than Rs 11,000. On top of that, Realme has announced that an audio product will also be given for free. Realme 12X 5G has been launched in the country with a total of three storage configurations. Out of which the 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage option is priced at Rs 11,999. The higher 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variants can be purchased for Rs 13,499 and Rs 14,999 respectively. It comes in – Twilight Purple and Woodland Green color options.
Now let’s talk about the sale offer. A flat Rs 1,000 discount is being offered with this new Realme smartphone. But to get this discount you have to pay using ICICI, HDFC or SBI bank card. Most notably, the company is assuring that Realme Buds Wireless Neo 2 worth Rs 899 will be offered completely free to all buyers of the Realme 12X 5G phone.

The Realme 12X 5G smartphone features a 6.72-inch Full HD Plus (2400×1080 pixels) IPS LCD display panel. This touchscreen supports – 120 Hz refresh rate and 950 nits peak brightness. It has MediaTek Dimension 6100+ chipset to deliver better performance. It runs on the latest Android 14 based Realme UI 5.0 custom skin. Again, a maximum of 8 GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB UFS 2.2 memory will be available as storage. Additionally, there will be a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
Talking about the camera department, this new handset from Realme branding offers a dual rear camera unit with LED flash. These cameras are – 50 megapixel primary sensor and 2 megapixel secondary depth lens. Meanwhile, the front of the device will feature an 8-megapixel in-display selfie camera. Connectivity is also included – dual 5G SIM slots, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.3 and USB Type-C port. Besides, in terms of power backup, the Realme 12x 5G smartphone uses a 5,000mAh capacity battery supported by 45W fast charging technology. It measures 165.6×76.1×7.69 mm and weighs 188 grams.
