Realme has recently launched several smartphones under its C-series and the handsets in this lineup resemble Apple’s iPhone in many aspects in terms of design. For example, the Realme C53 debuted with a camera module similar to the iPhone Pro model. Also, the Realme C55, which was launched last March, has a notification peel similar to the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max. And now, a new C-series smartphone called Realme C51 has appeared on multiple certification sites, hinting at an imminent launch. Let’s find out what information has surfaced so far about this handset.
Realme C51 is likely to hit the market soon as the brand’s next mid-range phone
A Realme smartphone with model number RMX3830 has been approved by Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) certification site, indicating that it could be released in the market very soon. The name of the device will be Realme C51. As the name suggests, it will probably launch as a mid-range phone like the last two Realme C-series models.
Also, the Realme C51 has received approval from the European Economic Community (EEC) and has also been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, which has sort of confirmed its launch in India. Even, it has received the certification of TKDN and TUV Rheinland.
However, despite all these certifications, not much information about the Realme C51 has surfaced yet. But it is expected that more will be known about the handset in the coming days. Incidentally, the latest Realme C53 phone comes with a Unisoc T612 chipset, which is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of in-built storage. It is a rebranded version of Narzo N53, which recently debuted in the market. The smartphone features a 6.74-inch IPS LCD display, which offers HD+ resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate and 560 nits peak brightness.
For photography, the Realme C53 features a dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor on the back panel and an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front. For power backup, it uses a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 33W fast charging.
