Realme unveiled its flagship smartphone, the Realme GT3, at the Mobile World Congress 2023 (MWC 2023) event held in Barcelona, ​​Spain last February. Its main feature is 240W fast charging support capable of fully charging the battery in minutes. Realme has achieved this unprecedented charging speed by adding three advanced charging chipsets, which work together to deliver 240 watts of power. The company claims that the Realme GT3’s 4,600mAh battery can be fully charged in just 9 minutes and 30 seconds, beating the previous record of 17 minutes. A tipster recently revealed on Twitter that the 240W model of Realme GT3 will go on sale in the global market from June 12. Although there is no definite word yet on which regions it will be available in, the announcement has raised hopes among Indian users, who have been eagerly awaiting its arrival. On top of that, the Realme GT3 240W has also been spotted on the TDRA and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification sites, indicating that it might launch in multiple markets around the world, including India.

The Realme GT3 features a 6.74-inch (1.5K) AMOLED display with a 144W refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. The device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor, coupled with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of storage. The phone runs on Android 13 based Realme UI 4.0 (Realme UI 4.0) user interface.

For photography, the Realme GT3’s triple rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary sensor with f/1.88 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS) support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel micro sensor. And on the front of the phone, a 16-megapixel selfie camera is present. Notably, there is an RGB LED panel next to the camera module, capable of indicating notifications, battery status and more through customizable colors.
