Last month, Vodafone Idea (VI) launched 5G service in Mumbai. The company later informed that the service will be available in different cities soon. Accordingly, the VI 5G service is being launched in four more cities. Vodafone Idea states that they are working to improve the current framework and customers will be able to enjoy the high-speed internet without extra cost.

Vodafone-Idea has confirmed that they will also benefit from high-speed 5G in new cities. They also shared a blog post on this topic. The post states that the company will now benefit the next-generation 5G Internet in Bihar, Delhi, Karnataka and Punjab. For this reason, the 5G rollout will follow the rules of the Minimum Rollout Official (MO) set by the government.

Vodafone Idea has reported that qualified customers who will receive 5G services in Mumbai and other cities do not have to spend any extra. However, this benefit will be available to the customers who have recharged a plan worth Rs 299 or more.
However, 5G data is not completely free and a maximum of 300GB data can be used in 28 days. VI's attempt is to keep their current customers happy as well as attract new customers. In fact, both Reliance Jio and Airtel have been serving 5G services for several years. Billions of users are getting the benefits of their 5G services across the country. This is why many customers have lost VI.
