Now is the best time to buy a Ducati. Because from the beginning of July, the Italian company is offering a discount of around 2 lakh rupees on one of their popular models. Before the special price rollout, the Ducati Monster motorcycle was priced at Rs 12.95 lakh (ex-showroom). But now the price has come down to Rs 10.99 lakh.
According to a report by Bikewall, this discount is valid till July 31 or while stocks last. The company has kept some terms and conditions with a discount of around 2 lakh rupees. The price cut has narrowed the gap between the Ducati Monster and the Rs 10.17 lakh Triumph Street. However, the cheapest model in this segment remains the Kawasaki Z900, with an ex-showroom price of Rs 9.38 lakh.
Ducat Monster is the only bike with L-Twin engine among the three models. For high-performance, the naked motorcycle uses a 973 cc Testestrata engine, which produces 111 horsepower at 9,250 rpm and 93 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. A six-speed gearbox with quick shifter is present.
Ducati Monster looks slim and compact too. The body of the bike has an aluminum frame and a 43mm non-adjustable upside down fork at the front. Rear monoshock suspension is present. Special features include ride mode, traction control, and cornering ABS.
