Customers Will Be Happy With BSNL 4G Services, Telecom Minister Reveals Govt's Future Plans

According to TRAI's latest report, BSNL was the only telecom company to add 29 lakh new customers last July. Originally in July Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea hiked the prices of their recharge plans, the customers became dissatisfied with this government telecom company. Also BSNL is going to launch 4G network across the country soon. The company has already received government assistance of Rs 6,000 crore to provide better services to the countrymen. They plan to install 1 lakh mobile towers to provide 4G coverage across the country.

Recently, Union Telecom Minister Jayatiraditya Scindia presented BSNL's future plans at the Public Affairs Forum of India. He said that the telecom industry is currently dominated by two companies, but this picture will soon change. Because BSNL is preparing to provide better services by getting government help.

BSNL is rolling out 4G services

The Telecom Minister said that BSNL currently has 8 percent market share. And 4G service is needed to increase share in this market. For that purpose, the company is speeding up the installation of 1 lakh towers. BSNL wants to complete this work by June next year. After this all 2G and 3G customers of the company will get enhanced 4G services.

BSNL will provide excellent customer service

After the launch of BSNL's 4G network, special efforts will be made to attract new customers, said Jayatiraditya Scindia. He said that many have returned to BSNL after the recent tariff hike. Now the company is trying to retain all these customers. For which the company is trying to solve all kinds of problems of customers quickly. The Telecom Minister said that this service will be improved in future.
