Customer dissatisfaction, Jio, Airtel, VI's voice and sms can force to reduce the price of onely recharge plan

For those who do not need the Internet, the Telecom Regulator Authority of India has ordered to bring voice and SMS on an online recharge plan. According to the Telecom Regulatory Agency's directive, private telecom companies have brought new recharge plans. Where only voice calling and sms services can be found. On that day, the recharge plans will be tested by the tri, according to a report.

Earlier, on December 2021, telecom operators had ordered the low-cost special tariff voucher (STV) plan and affordable voice and SMS alternatives. After that, Geo, Airtel and VI have launched new plans. But the price at which the recharge has been brought has been criticized. That's why Tri wants to review them.

The test has been announced through an official post on the Social Media Platform X (previously known as Twitter). Where the telecom regulatory agency says that telecom companies will have to provide detailed information about these plans within 5 business days of their launch. Besides, any change in this new voucher plan must follow its regulatory rules.

The Tri also said that the cost of disturbing customers because of the expensive recharge plan should be taken care of. However, the new launched voice and SMS plan prices have been questioned. In view of this reaction, speculation is going on that the tri review can change the prices of the plans.

Voice Only Recharge Plan Price respectively:

Geo – 1 Taka (3 days), 3 Taka (3 days).
Airtel – 1 Taka (3 days), 3 Taka (3 days).
VI – 1 Taka (20 days).
