India Transport Nigam Limited (BSNL) announced the name of their much -awaited 5G service. This special service is named BSNL Q-5G, whose full form is 'Quantum 5G'. Today, June 5, 2021, BSNL made the announcement on their official X (before Twitter) account. However, the company did not choose the name by itself, BSNL had called to the people of the country a few days ago, as if they propose a name for 5G services. This name has come from there.

BSNL wrote in the post, “You gave the name, we did the real! The beginning is the BSNL Q-5G-Quantum 5G. Thanks to everyone for being with us at this historic moment. It's not just one service, it is our future to create together.”
In addition to this announcement, the Uttar Pradesh (Eastern) branch of the company has introduced the 'Quantum 5G Fixed Wireless Access' service. This will provide high-speed internet services without the SIM. The company has promised to give a completely wireless and reliable connection.
However, BSNL's FWA service has been brought to business customers, but private users will not get this service right now. The Interpress level can be enjoyed at 5G-based Internet, which starts with the monthly cost of Rs. Now this service will be launched only in certain cities.
