Hero MotoCorp has launched two new bikes at the India Mobility Global Expo event. One of which is the Xpulse 210 and the other is the Xtreme 250R. The second model comes as the company's most powerful two-wheeler yet. Design is the biggest attraction of this motorcycle. Hero has now announced on their social media channels that the official bookings for the bike will begin in February. And delivery in March.
Big announcement on Hero Xtreme 250R bookings
The price of Hero Xtreme 250 in the Indian market starts from INR 1.80 lakh (ex-showroom). Hero has stepped into the world of quarter-liter street bikes with this model. Currently, this segment is dominated by Indian and Japanese brands. The company believes that the new bike can make a difference in this segment. Notably, it was unveiled as the Xtunt 2.5R concept at the Milan Motorcycle Show a year ago.
Notably, Hero has been making some good-looking motorcycles for the past few years. The series which first started with the Xtreme 160R, then continued with the Xtreme 125R model. Now the company continues that reputation with the Xtreme 250R. Hero's new Extreme looks a lot like the Ducati Streetfighter. Undoubtedly, it will catch everyone's attention when passing through the road.
Talking about the performance, the Hero Xtreme 250R bike has a 250 cc liquid cooled engine. It produces 30 horsepower and 25 Nm of torque. Capable of touching 0-60 kmph in just 3.25 seconds. Special features of Extreme 250R include fully digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, turn by turn navigation, music control.
