Boat Watch Mystiq was revealed in India as the new budget smartwatch from the Indian Manufacturer. One of the highlighted features of this watch is High-Intensity Interval Training or HIIT mode. The watch comes with a squarish display, sport modes, heart rate monitoring sensor, blood oxygen level measurement sensor, and more.

Boat Watch Mystiq features a 1.57 inches LCD display capacitive touchscreen with HD resolution under the squarish module with thick bezels. There is a crown button as well for navigating the features. It comes with Bluetooth connectivity and can be paired with the smartphone for notifications, downloading more watch faces, and more from the store using the companion app.
The smartwatch comes with 24×7 heart rate monitoring, blood-oxygen measurement, sleep monitoring, and stress monitoring. The watch also comes with built-in 17 sport modes including aerobics, soccer, fast walk, climbing, basketball, tennis, cycling, dance, yoga, swimming, sit-ups, and badminton. The company states that the watch can provide a 7-days battery backup on a single charge in normal usage.
It comes with High-Intensity Interval Training ( HIIT ) mode in which an animated instructor guides step-by-step about the exercises. Additionally, the Watch Mystiq comes with breathing exercises, notifications alerts from the phone, music control, camera control, sweat, splash, and dust resistance.
