In the past few years, private telecom companies have increased their tariff charges i.e. recharge charges several times, as a result of which customers now have to spend more than Rs. 100 for a simple monthly recharge even if they choose the cheapest plan. Among them, Reliance Jio, the leading telecom operator, offers cheaper and more convenient plans than others, but they also cost more than Rs 150 per month for recharge. On the other hand, three-month plans charge more than Rs. 500 for recharge. Trouble is, these plans aren’t all that profitable to recharge – many don’t take advantage of all their benefits (especially the daily data benefit). In that case, if you only want to recharge for calling and sudden need data-SMS etc., then no need to worry! Because Jio also offers some plans in the ‘Value Pack’ category, which can be recharged as low as Rs.400. Recharging these plans will also save you money while also providing adequate benefits.
Jio Value Pack: Recharge these two affordable plans for less than Rs 400
1. Jio’s Rs 155 plan: Jio’s plan portfolio includes three categories namely ‘Popular’, ‘Trending’ and ‘Value’, of which the ‘Value’ category is affordable and useful for medium users. The cheapest plan in this category is priced at Rs 155 with a validity of 28 days. The plan offers unlimited voice calls, along with a total of 300 SMS and 2GB data usage. It also offers complimentary free subscription to Jio TV, Jio Cinema etc.
2. Jio’s Rs 395 plan: It is a good option for recharge in budget less than Rs.500. You will also get the benefit of unlimited calling, besides a total of 1,000 SMS and 6 GB data usage. The validity of this plan is 84 days. Incidentally, on recharging this plan, you can enjoy unlimited 5G (5G) services in addition to free access to the Jio app.
So if you don’t use much internet, or you don’t need much mobile data as you have access to Wi-Fi, then you can choose these two plans of Jio to save costs.
