A new member has arrived in the Pulsar empire very recently. The Bajaj Pulsar NS160 launched in a new avatar has been priced at Tk 1.46 lakh (ex-showroom). Along with the new styling, the bike has received a bunch of feature updates. Let’s take a look at five important facts about the Pulsar NS160.

Bajaj Pulsar NS160 gets new looks on the front. As an update, the bike gets a new LED head light cluster, thunderbolt-shaped LED DRLs. LED lighting has replaced the halogen setup in the previous model. However, no changes have been made to the overall styling and bodywork.
New features
A significant update to the new Pulsar NS160’s features is a fully digital instrument console with reverse LCD elimination and Bluetooth connectivity. Besides, through the mobile application, the driver can enjoy the benefits of turn by turn navigation and call and SMS notification.
Engine specification
Powering the wheels of the Pulsar NS160 is a 160.3 cc, single cylinder, air/oil cooled engine. It will produce a maximum power of 17.03 bhp at 9,000 rpm and a torque of 14.6 Nm at 7,250 rpm. The motor is capable of running on E20 fuel i.e. a mixture of 80% petrol and 20% ethanol.
hardware
The motorcycle has 17 inch wheels for forward movement. The front and rear have 100/80 section and 130/70 section tires respectively. The Pulsar NS160 will ride on USD front fork and rear monoshock suspension to handle road bumps. Disc brakes are provided on both the wheels.

The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is priced at Rs 1.46 lakh (ex-showroom). The competition of the motorcycle in the market is – TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, Hero Xtreme 160R and Suzuki Gixxer.
