Kia has announced a price hike on some variants of its popular compact SUV Seltos. Kia Seltos HTK, HTK Plus, HTX, HTX Plus, GTX, and X-Line trim prices have increased by up to Rs 8,000. The entry level variant is priced starting at Rs 10.90 lakh (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the price of the base diesel trim has gone up by Rs 5,000.
Despite the price hike, there is no change in the mechanical or features list of the Kia Seltos. The car is available in petrol and diesel variants with multiple gearboxes. The lower trim has a 1.5 liter NA petrol engine. And the high trim gets a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine with 6-speed manual, iMT, and 7-speed DCT. It produces 158 bhp and 253 Nm of torque.

Besides, the diesel version has a 1.5 liter turbo diesel powertrain. Please note that despite the price hike, Kia dealers are offering festive deals on the Seltos model. 60,000 in benefits on the occasion of the fifth anniversary. Kia Seltos beats other cars in the segment in terms of features. It comes with 17 active and passive safety features such as Advanced Driver Assistant System or ADAS, LED DRLs, headlamps, and taillights, 18-inch alloy wheels with gloss black finish, driver digital display, automatic climate control, etc.
