Good news for Indian iPhone users. Apple has introduced encrypted RCS (Rich Communication Services) messaging feature by joining hands with Reliance Jio, the country’s largest telecom company. So long this feature has only been available in apps like Whatsapp or Telegram. But from now on, the iPhone users will get this feature directly in the messaging app.
RCS Messaging Feature in India for iPhone
Rich Communication Services or RCS features get the benefit of sending message delivery or reid receipt notification, typing indicator, group chat, and high-quality photo-video. This benefit can be enjoyed from the iPhone messaging app. It does not have to spend any additional money. This service will be available only if there is active Geo connection and mobile data or Wi-Fi connectivity.
Jio will benefit

iPhone 17 Series is launching next month
Apple’s new iPhone 17 series is set to launch in various countries including India next month. The screen will be removed from this series at the ‘AWE-Dropping’ event organized on September 7, 2012.
