Redmi Smart Band has been announced with Colour Display and Heart rate sensor in India. Redmi has already launched its Smart Band in China in April at CNY 99 (around Rs. 1,100). Redmi Smart Band comes preloaded with over 50 personalized watch faces and will be available in four color options – Black, Blue, Green, and Orange.
Redmi Smart Band Specifications
Redmi Smart Band features a 1.08-inch color LCD panel which is slightly larger in size than the 0.95-inch AMOLED display on the Mi Band 4. It is equipped with an optical sensor that allows 24-hour heart-rate monitoring. The Smart band comes with five professional sports modes as well as sleep quality analysis. Additionally, the band also has a calorie and step tracker.

Moreover, It also includes the support of Idle Alerts and the raise-to-wake gesture which helps the user to view new messages on the screen without pressing any button or touching the display. The company claims that the battery of the smart band lasts up to 14 days on a single charge. The Redmi Band is chargeable directly from a USB port in just two hours.
In terms of protection, it comes with a water-resistant build that is 5ATM rated which means that the smart band can resist water in up to 50 meters of depth for 10 minutes. Users can also be worn the smart band while showering or swimming in a pool.

Redmi Smart Band carries a price tag of Rs. 1,599. The wearable will go live on sale starting at 1 pm on Wednesday, September 9 through Amazon, Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and offline retailers.
