OnePlus 8T and 8T pro spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 865+ and 8GB RAM

On OnePlus 8T and 8T pro with Snapdragon 865+ and 8GB RAM have been spotted on Geekbench. In April, OnePlus had launched its flagship Oneplus 8 and 8 pro. Now, The Chinese company is planning to launch its successor soon. The Geekbench listing revealed a smartphone with the model number OnePlus KB2001 and unveil its processor, RAM, and Android version of the phone that is expected to be either the OnePlus 8T or OnePlus 8T Pro.

The listing for the upcoming OnePlus phone uploaded on July 29 that showcase its single and multi-core results. The phone score 912 in single-core whereas 3,288 in the multi-core. According to leaked reports, The new OnePlus device is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 865+ with Adreno 650 GPU. It may also have 8GB of RAM and will run on Android 11 as well.

There is an interesting thing that pops up here is that the listing confirmed that the OnePlus KB2001 runs on Android 11. Although, Google has not launched a stable version of it yet. The final stable version of Android 11 is expected to be launch in Q3 this year that suggests it could be released by the end of next month or in September. Moreover, OnePlus usually reveals the T series of its smartphones around October and November so, the smartphone might come with Android 11 out-of-the-box.


According to last week report, The OnePlus 8T series may also come with a 64-megapixel camera, as revealed by the code in the latest update for the OnePlus Camera app, version 5.4.23.
