Because Airtel Payments Bank launched a smartwatch supporting National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) technology in collaboration with Noise and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) at the Global FinTech Fest 2024 event. Like other smartwatches, it can also display notifications, call reminders and messages. According to the company, the Airtel Payments Bank smartwatch can last up to 10 days on a full charge.
